In my project I wanted to show how important the problem is modern slavery. The main idea was to show that a human is not something that can be sold or bought, like merchandise on store shelves. To express it, I used simple symbols – a chain, a human head, a shop label. Strong contrasting colors emphasize the strength of my message.
The poster I made wanted to draw attention to people being kidnapped and sold like an item. and I did this as an illustration.
On my poster, I used a display case with dolls depicting sexually exploited women as merchandise.

Human trafficking is a multiple injury that is concentrated on one person.
The combination of characters and animals shows the situation and experience of trafficked persons, and reflects the state of being objectified into animals that are visited or sold after being deprived of their freedom, self-esteem, etc.
Many pictures of missing children’s posters were used to create a child’s head. The kids who was supposed to be smiling was trafficked.
For women who have been victimized by capital, are they really commodities? In our mind, what is the real commodity?
